Every other dealer sells you a vinyl cover that soaks up water, sags, and gets replaced in three years. Ours is a molded, foam-filled shell that locks, holds a thousand pounds, and comes factory-installed.
A HardCover is not an accessory laid on top of the spa — it is a dual-walled cover molded from specially formulated polymers, filled with proprietary closed-cell foam and factory-installed with an UltraStrong® CoverLift and stainless steel arms. Because it is rigid and sealed, it never absorbs water the way a vinyl cover does, so it keeps the same insulating R-value year after year.
On our Iconic Series the HardCover is fully automated and key-operated. On the other HardCover lines it lifts one-handed. Ask us to open and close one for you in the showroom — it is the fastest way to understand the difference.
