Hi there!

          My name is Ryan and I am the owner of McAndrew Hot Tubs. Thank you for taking the time to read about my story. 

          It all started when my wife said "Babe, my back hurts, I need a hot tub." Being the sucker I am I can't tell this woman no, even though we were freshly married, in college, with a dog, and a mortgage. Needless to say we were broke. I bought a used one off of Facebook and we got delivered the unit that "came with a warranty" and got scammed. The hot tub did not work at all. I got some red a** from this and spent the next week tinkering and figuring out what was broken. After spending $600 more of money we really didn't have I got it fixed by myself and we enjoyed that hot tub daily! Shortly after this, "Snowmageddon" hit the DFW area and many people's hot tubs broke. I was the crazy guy going to pick up all the free ones, fixing them, and reselling them on Facebook (with a real warranty.) The rest is history, the company grew, we added new lines of tubs, and here we are today.

         What a blessing the words "Babe, my back hurts, I need a hot tub" are. I am not one for tattoos, but that would be a top contender. It is a constant reminder that it only takes a butterfly flap of the wings to start a hurricane.
